Flint Southwestern Academy
Flint Southwestern Academy, which has a growing reputation for academic excellence, draws its student body of middle and high school students from throughout the city of Flint. The Academy places great emphasis on the traditional values of scholarship, courtesy, respect and citizenship, and is designed for students who do best under firm direction and adult guidance. Also, students who attend the Academy are expected to adhere to the school's dress code.
Several special education programs are housed at the Academy and serve students who are hearing impaired, visually impaired, and physically and otherwise health impaired. Parent involvement is key to the school's success.

Bendle High School
Bendle High School has been providing quality education to students since the first graduating class back in 1928. Currently, over 350 students in grades 9 12 receive outstanding services from 19 teachers, one media specialist, one counselor and one social worker. In addition, a support staff including full time tutors, secretaries, custodians, cooks, and bus drivers contribute to the warm, close-knit community here at Bendle.
